1. Eligibility & Use of Website

Our website is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. To rent a vehicle, customers must possess a valid driver's license, provide proof of insurance, and agree to our rental agreement.

2. Commercial Terms

  • All rental bookings are subject to availability and approval.
  • Vehicles must be returned in the same condition they were rented.
  • Any damage, toll violations, or additional charges incurred during the rental will be the responsibility of the renter.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards. In some cases, PayPal or cash payments may be approved. A security deposit may be required prior to rental.

4. Right to Modify Offerings

DND Luxury Rentals reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue vehicle availability, features, pricing, or service offerings at any time without notice.

5. Warranties & Responsibilities

We strive to provide accurate, well-maintained, and safe vehicles. However, we do not warrant that all vehicles will be free from occasional mechanical issues. Renters are required to report any issues immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, photography, content, and design on this website are the property of DND Luxury Rentals and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Account Suspension or Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a user’s account and/or rental agreement if there is a breach of our terms, misuse of vehicles, or unlawful behavior.

8. Indemnification

Renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless DND Luxury Rentals from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of use or misuse of our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

DND Luxury Rentals shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, delays, or losses arising from the use of our vehicles or services.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications implies acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable local laws and venues.
