Welcome to D&D Luxury Rentals. Please review the following rental guide carefully before booking your vehicle. Our goal is to provide a smooth, luxury experience with full transparency and support every step of the way.
✅ Insurance Options
- Rental Cover: Purchase affordable coverage through our trusted partner. https://www.rentalcover.com/en-us
- Personal Coverage: Use your personal auto insurance policy (must upload valid proof at booking).
Insurance documentation must be uploaded or arranged before pickup.
📜 Rental Terms & Conditions
- All rentals must stay within the DFW metro area, unless pre-approved for out-of-area mileage.
- Vehicles must be returned to our designated warehouse.
- Changes or cancellations must be communicated 24 hours in advance.
- Late returns may incur additional fees.
💰 Security Deposit
A security deposit of $200 is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup.
👤 Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- Valid U.S. driver’s license required
- Proof of insurance (Rental Cover or personal policy) required
⏱️ Late Fees & Penalties
- Late return fee may apply
- Cleaning fees apply if vehicle is returned excessively dirty
- Damage fees assessed upon return inspection
💳 Payment Terms
We accept the following secure payment options:
- Zelle
- Apple Pay
- Credit/Debit Cards
Payments are collected in two parts:
- 50% of rental total + deposit at booking
- Remaining balance at vehicle handoff
Full payment is required before the vehicle leaves our lot.
🚗 Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup and drop-off at our Dallas warehouse only
- Fuel must be refilled to the same level as pickup
- All damages documented before and after rental
📅 Vehicle Availability
Availability is manually updated based on holidays, maintenance, and scheduling. Book at least 24 hours in advance to reserve your preferred vehicle.
⏳ Booking Lead Time
- Minimum 24-hour advance notice required
- Manual approval for all bookings
- Deposit required once approved
✅ Rental Confirmation Process
- We confirm availability manually via email or phone
- $200 deposit due to hold reservation
- Full payment required before keys are handed off
- Rental agreement and insurance must be submitted prior to pickup

A rental agreement must be signed before driving off. This will be signed at pick up.
